We used Foursquare and Tripadvisor for our food selections which was a lot of fun and quick as you can search for yummy food surrounding your area. You can see people's rating, price and the menu.

Here are what we have tried:

Afuri.

They are famous for their ramen with hyusu ( The yuzu is a citrus fruit and plant originating in East Asia. It is believed to be a hybrid of sour mandarin and Ichang papeda) and there are a number of shops you can visit. Try to go there on a weekday and before lunch time to avoid any waiting for 10 years. We went to Ebisu store at 11am and were very lucky as we didn't have to wait. You will need to use the automated vending machine to order your food with cash only then you will get a ticket and give it to the staff which they will make your food.
